Led by Dr Marcus Ho, the Future of Work research group is a multidisciplinary team of researchers who are experts in their field of people and work. It's evidence-based research uncovers valuable insights into wellbeing, workplace performance, innovation, and effective organisational environments. The group takes an outcome-based approach that informs practitioners and stakeholders on how research can advise what works and how to implement it. It's world-class research and insights are designed to help organisations create better workplaces that benefit employees and employers.
