19 January 2026 - LGBTQ+ Inclusion and Public Policy
Join us for a seminar that brings together leading experts to examine why robust LGBTQ+ data and strong Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) frameworks are critical for fair and effective policy. Prof Christopher Carpenter will discuss global advances and ongoing challenges in counting LGBTQ+ communities, while Prof Gail Pacheco will highlight the risks of weakening DEI commitments in an increasingly diverse workforce. Prof Elizabeth Du Preez will facilitate an open Q&A session. This seminar is hosted by NZPRI and the AUT Rainbow+ Group.
